Baking has been a huge passion of mine from a young age, always being commissioned to make cakes and bakes for family, friends and events. After being told for years that I should build this into something bigger, I finally started my own cookie company.
My cookies are inspired by the famous chunky New York cookies - crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. All cookies are made to order, ensuring they are always freshly baked, and I pride myself on using high quality ingredients including Callebaut Belgian chocolate and local free range eggs. Using local suppliers is very important to me as I'm passionate about supporting other small local businesses.
